1. How do I book staff for my event or venue?

Booking is simple. Just complete our online form or contact us directly with your requirements. Once we know the type of staff or entertainment you need, we’ll handpick the right professionals for your booking and confirm everything with you.

2. What services do you provide?

We specialise in supplying highly qualified lifeguards, swimming teachers, and aquatic entertainers for both private and commercial hire. Our entertainment packages include mermaids, pirates, synchronised swimmers, water magicians and more, perfect for children’s parties, corporate events, luxury gatherings, and promotional shows.

3. Are your staff qualified and insured?

Yes. Every member of our team holds industry recognised qualifications relevant to their role, and certifications are kept up to date. Where required, our staff are also covered by public liability insurance, giving you peace of mind that your event or venue is in safe hands.

4. Can I request specific staff?

Absolutely. If you’ve worked with one of our professionals before and would like them again, simply let us know when booking. While we can’t always guarantee individual availability, we will do our utmost to accommodate your preference.

5. How much notice do I need to give for a booking?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date and staff. However, we understand last-minute needs arise, and we pride ourselves on being flexible. For urgent requirements, contact us directly and we’ll do everything possible to assist.

6. What happens if a client or staff member cancels?

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Clients cancelling more than 48 hours in advance will not be charged, cancellations within 48 hours are charged at half rate, and cancellations within 24 hours are charged at the full rate. Freelancers who cancel without sufficient notice or fail to attend are removed from our books immediately, ensuring reliability for all future bookings.

7. What’s the minimum amount of time I can hire a Swim Staff member for?

The minimum hire time is 1 hour. This allows us to provide you with professional, reliable cover while keeping our service flexible to your needs. Longer bookings can be arranged, and bespoke packages are always available upon request.

8. Do you provide bespoke event packages?

Yes. Many of our clients require something unique, from themed aquatic performances to tailored swim instruction. We work closely with you to design packages that fit your exact requirements, ensuring a truly unforgettable experience.

9. Can your staff travel nationwide?

Absolutely. While we are based in the UK, our staff are available to travel across the country and in some cases internationally depending on the nature of the booking. Travel and accommodation costs will be discussed and agreed in advance.
