our company
The Swim Staff Service was founded to address critical gaps in the industry caused by a national shortage of qualified aquatic staff. Our mission is to create a supportive community that encourages everyone to swim while raising the standard of water safety awareness across the UK.
Our founder, herself a lifeguard, swim teacher, PADI Divemaster and stunt performer was inspired to act by a growing awareness of the impact on children of not being able to swim because trained staff are not available. The Swim Staff Service provides professional, reliable, and highly trained lifeguards, swim teachers, coaches, and aquatic performers for a variety of settings, from swim schools to private events.
